    Camu Camu is a fruit from the amazon, so it is probably pretty difficult to find. However, if you can, this is a great fruit for juices. Its extremely sour, so isn’t something you want to eat alone. However, adding it to juices makes it fantastic. It’s like lemon juice, but with even more Vitamin C, making it a very healthy option. And, like most acidic juices, it is also very low calorie.

    Orange Camu Camu Juice

    5-10 camu camus
    3 oranges

    Add oranges and camu camus to juicer. I recommend adding some sugar as well, or other fruits that will sweeten this up. Strawberries are a great option, if they are sweet and in season.

    Orange Strawberry Camu Camu Juice

    5 camu camus
    2 oranges
    10-15 strawberries

    Camu Camu-nade

    As you may have imagines, this is like lemonade but made from Camu Camus.  This tastes very similar to lemonade, but has a slight difference in taste, something of a fruitiness to it. Its is extremely refreshing, so perfect for a hot, humid day in the summer.  Also great for those looking for a healthy vitamin C booster, and is also low calorie as long as you don’t  add too much sugar.
