Bananas are the perfect fruit for making a smoothie.  Not only are they delicious with milk, they add a great smoothie texture to smoothies made with any type of fruit.  Not to mention, bananas are ultra healthy!</p>
<p>Here is an assortment of different smoothies with banana as they only fruit.</p>
<h2>Banana Smoothie</h2>
<p>The original, with a bit of a twist &#8211; cinnamon and nutmeg</p>
<p>1 banana<br />
1 cup milk<br />
2 tbsp honey<br />
1 tsp cinnamon<br />
1tsp nutmeg</p>
<p>Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.</p>

3 tbsp peanut butter</p>
<p>Add all ingredients and blend.  Some sugar can be added if you like a bit of sweetness.  If you love peanut butter, feel free to add all you more.</p>
<h2>Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Smoothie</h2>
<p>Very rich, very gourmet, truly decadent!</p>
<p>1 banana<br />
1 cup of milk<br />
3 tbsp peanut butter<br />
2 tbsp chocolate syrup</p>
<h2>Maple Walnut Banana Smoothie</h2>
<p>The classic flavor of maple and walnut goes great with banana.  Also a healthy option, albeit a bit high in calories.</p>
<p>1 banana<br />
1 cup of milk<br />
2 tbsp maple syrup<br />
6 walnuts</p>
